"Mississippi Burning" is a movie based off of true a event that occurred in 1964 Mississippi. After three civil rights workers, two white and one black, went missing, the FBI sent down two agents to Neshoba County, Mississippi to get to the bottom of the case. Once there, however, they came to find the racially distressed town was not willing to help them. Instead of bringing to justice the three young boys' killers, it seemed they ignited the situation. After a few months and a couple hundred agents later, they finally cracked the case and the men behind the murders were finally brought to justice.

Here, we will be analyzing the historical accuracy of this film. We will be comparing the facts with the fiction based on our research and depict how many of the events were framed during this time period.
